Useful Links
Looking for places for advice? More people to talk to? Below are some links that my husband and I have found useful:
http://www.etiquettehell.com
More than rules of etiquette, the folks there know some good, polite, ways to cope with difficult people. Family-friendly work-safe site.

The folks here deal with toxic people of all stripes. A good place for support.
http://stuckinadoorway.co.uk
This is a support forum for those with OCD. Be warned if you have OCD, some of the posts may trigger, but most are labeled if the poster thinks there is a risk.
More to come as we discover them!
So here are a few more:
http://www.ocfoundation.org/
http://www.peaceofmind.com/
Both have some good resources for families of sufferers and for OCD sufferers (aka DH’s “peeps”)
DH and I have also been watching The OCD Project (http://www.vh1.com/shows/the_ocd_project/series.jhtml) on VH1 and Obsessed (http://www.aetv.com/obsessed/index.jsp) on A&E. Watching these programs together have been very good for opening up discussions between us. I have a greater understanding now because of them and the discussions that they have sparked. I’d be careful though if you are suffering from OCD, some of the therapies may be triggering. Know your limits.
A good program for understanding the difference between supporting and enabling is also on A&E. Intervention (http://www.aetv.com/intervention/index.jsp) may mainly be about addicts, but the struggles of the family members to draw the line between unhealthy and healthy love is the same for families with loved ones who are mentally ill.
